Salty Friend - Franklin
Name: Franklin
AKA: Frank, Frankie, Dog, Pooch, Francis, Franko, Frankorama
Likes: Mom and Dad, Snuggling, Treats, Sniffing Around, Long Walks on the Beach.
Dislikes: The Cat, Water (other than drinking), the Vacuum, Being Disturbed While Sleeping or Chewing on a Bone.
Happiest When: Head out a Window, Enjoying the Freedom of the Open Road, Chewing on a Fresh Bone, Daddy Comes Home from Work or when Grammy and Grampy visits.
Best Animal Friend: Jake
Saltiest Moment: Stealing all of the toys and bones out of his neighbor (at least 3 times his size) dogs yard, while our neighbors dog is confined by an in-ground fence. Frank actually has a wireless fence of his own but he takes good advantage of a very small overlap in the boundaries.
Bio: Frank’s a salty miniature schnauzer that has been with his human family since he was just 8 weeks old. He has an adoptive mom, dad, and sister (of the cat variety). Since he was a young pup, he’s dedicated himself tirelessly to becoming a competitive snuggler (although at the time this bio was written, he had yet to actually win a competition) and aspires to be a celebrity or a dog model some day. His performance repertoire includes a limited array of ‘unique’ tricks that he is happy to perform when bribed, most impressively, singing happy birthday. Unfortunately, until he achieves celebrity status, he’ll have to continue to maintain his day job, working 9-5 at Kids Crooked House in Portland, Maine. It’s hard out there for a dog.
