Hi Don, got my order. The collar is very my move however I believe I received the wrong leash in my order.
it says matching lease this comes only one sided pattern and is not as durable I thought I would be receiving a leash that was double-sided just like the color as the word match is included in the description in order
How should we reconcile?

No response until leash was received 7-20-21 8:37am The leash was obviously used and frayed. Also some kind of biohazardous crap on the original packing slip was received with the leash.

Why has my refund not been issued yet I shipped out the leash immediately With thestamps.com label you provided right when I received it
